COVID-19 update from Tractorland 03.20.20
We are focused on supporting our communities by both continuing to be available to serve you and doing our part to limit the spread of COVID-19.
As an essential service in our communities our goal is to do everything possible to ensure our team stays healthy so they can continue to support all your Service, Parts & Sales needs as we head into the spring season. In an effort to help make sure you are comfortable doing business with us and to protect our Tractorland team, we are asking for you to help us maintain 6 foot interactions and to please forgo your visit to one of our dealerships if you have been experiencing any flu or cold related symptoms. We are more than happy to make any necessary arrangements via phone or email to keep you going!
Sales: While our locations are open we are happy to support you in whichever way you choose. Whether it is an on-site meeting or FaceTime demonstration our teams are ready to work with your every need. Just contact your closest location and let Sales know how they can help you. As usual our teams will be available in store as well and are looking forward to your visit should you choose to stop in.
Parts: Our Parts departments are ready to assist your every need. From Direct Ship Options for ordered parts to having your parts placed outside for pickup we are happy to make any arrangements that suit your needs.
Service: As always Tractorland maintains a fleet of pickup/delivery trucks for service work we perform. We also offer mobile service and it will be business as usual with an increased focus on your and our teams safety.
Some of the steps Tractorland is taking:
⁃ Our Open House in Regina on May 1st has been postponed. We are targeting a post harvest date before snow fall.
⁃ We have put measures in place to increase our sanitation and cleanliness within our dealerships.
⁃ We are implementing a Live Chat feature on our website for our team to cater to your every question via online communication.
⁃ We have cancelled and postponed all company related air travel and technician related training until further notice.
⁃ We have reinforced our policy of team members staying home when sick. We have also taken measures for our employees to reconsider personal visits to high risk areas.
⁃ We are implementing FREE drop shipping options for Kubota parts ordered from any of our locations. Normally this will result in delivery within 24 hours. Please allow 48 hours as our partners along our supply chain are also experiencing difficulties in transportation and delivery.
Thank you for your continued support and loyalty. It is greatly appreciated by us all and we look forward to continuing to be a dependable partner for you as we work through this together.
Wishing you and your family the best in health and happiness during this difficult time.
